About the event
We are very excited to welcome Roberta Kirn to lead us in a relaxing, fun, and playful afternoon of singing together. At the workshop, we could expect some experiences that will add immeasurable to our range of choral experience, such as:
Singing in the oral tradition
Learning new songs, including from other cultures/languages
Varieties of harmonies and rhythms
Creating our own harmonies, in the congregational style
Circle singing and experimenting with vocal improvisation
